I heard something mom!

This cute lion cub had been feasting on a kill and now hanging out with the pride right next to us. It was first light in Ngorongoro Crater with the light gently kissing him.

I've got my eyes on you!

While taking a lunch break in the Ngorongoro Crater there is a popular spot for picnics next to this lake where the hippo hang out. I got down as low as I could and got eye to eye with this fellow. Glad he wasn't mad at me!

Photo taken on the road to the Serengeti Park during migration. There had been a lot of rain so many deep pools and streams of water were evident. Calving season was in progress and we happened on a large number navigating this pool.

We came across a pride of lions lolling about in the afternoon sun. Suddenly two of the females came very alert and started to move toward us and toward something only they could hear and see. I love the light play. This image won 1st Place in the Victoria Camera Club monthly competition in Sept 2020 in the Advanced Digital Nature category
